Student Counseling and Resource Service (SCRS) Student Advisory Board
The purpose of the Student Counseling and Resource Service (SCRS) Student Advisory Board is to provide input and feedback to the SCRS medical and administrative directors, and to assist with outreach, awareness, and peer education. The student members consist of undergraduates (appointed by Student Government) and graduate students (each Dean of Students is invited to appoint a graduate student representative). The board meets quarterly.

Student Health Advisory Committee
The purpose of the Student Health Advisory Committee is to advise the administrators and Medical Director of the Student Care Center on the medical needs of students and how the SCC is able to effectively render services for the student community. Selection for the committee is made by the Chairwoman of the Student Health Advisory Committee in conjunction with the committee members and SG. SHAC currently has roughly 15 members and is open to all College and graduate students who have an interest in shaping their student medical care services. The group meets the first Thursday of each month from 5-6pm during the academic year.

Student Health Insurance Review Committee
The purpose of the Student Health Insurance Review Committee is to advise the administration on the health insurance needs of students at the University. The committee, comprised of students, administrators, Deans of Students and physicians, tries to balance the needs of students for high-quality comprehensive health care with financial constraints. The Committee meets two times a month during the academic year. Six students, 1-2 undergraduate and 4-5 graduate students, are appointed by Student Government.
